The Planning Division administers the Zoning Ordinances [PDF] and Subdivision Regulations [PDF] for the City of Gillette. Planning staff reviews and issues permits for current development activities of homeowners and developers. They administer annexation [PDF] and rezoning reviews, as well as review and issue permits for home occupations [PDF] and daycare [PDF]. Planning staff also conducts the Annual Citizen Survey and Developing Gillette Report 2009 [PDF].
