Purchasing Division

The Purchasing Division is under the direction of the Finance Department. The staff provides purchasing support to the internal divisions as well as acting as a liaison between vendors and the City divisions. The Purchasing Division administers the bid process, in addition to interpreting and enforcing the City purchasing policy. The Purchasing Division is located on the 3rd floor of City Hall.

Warehouse Division

The Warehouse Division is under the direction of the Purchasing Division. The staff provides warehouse support to internal divisions as well as expediting supplies and ensuring essential products are on hand to efficiently operate the City. The Warehouse Division is also in charge of the Warlow yard. The Warehouse is located at 800 N. Burma Ave.
