The Retiree Health Benefit Plan Committee interprets and administers the Trust for retirees. The committee meets on an as-needed basis with a minimum of once per year. The committee consists of the City Administrator, Finance Director, Human Resources Director, and two employees (one with over 20 years of service, one with under 20 years of service) that are eligible to receive benefits from the plan.
