Council Member Everett A. Boss was elected in 2004, and was re-elected in 2008 for his second term. He is President and Co-Owner of Bighorn Hydraulics, Inc. He is Vice-President and Co-Owner of Boss Lodge Restaurant. His civic background includes membership on the Chamber of Commerce Board, Campbell County Economic Development Corporation Board, Gillette Convention & Visitors Bureau Board, Campbell County Public Land Board, Campbell County Recreation Project Joint Powers Board, National League of Cities Information Technology & Communications Committee, WAM Transportation, Public Works & Communications Committee, and Campbell County Substance Abuse Advisory Council. Council Member Boss has received the Spirit of Gillette Award, Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the Citizen of the Year Award.
