City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and our City West and Warehouse facilities are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The Animal Shelter is open Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., and the Wastewater Treatment Plant is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. You may call the main switchboard at 307-686-5200, or call the department or division directly using this

If you need to contact the City outside of those hours, please
e-mail the department or division, or send an e-mail message to the
Web Administrator and your message will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member. You may also call the

FOR A SITUATION THAT NEEDS AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE: If you have an animal control problem, or to retrieve an animal on Sunday, please call the Gillette Police Department at 307-682-5155 to make an appointment.
