A Plan To Count On
Every year, the Mayor, City Council and City Administrator meet with citizens at the Citizen's Summit in the fall to chart a course for the community. The challenges of setting priorities and direction can be challenging for the leaders of a growing city like Gillette, but with suggestions from the public and assistance from the city administrator and city staff, the Mayor & Council have established the 2010 Strategic Plan.
Though it's not a specific part of the 2010 Strategic Plan, you will see and hear plenty of information and advertising about the Census 2010 over the next few months. Be sure to fill out and return your census form when it arrives in the mail in March of this year. Census 2010 - It's In Our Hands!
